Woodstock Meadows Golf Centre located in Woodstock, Ontario is a 18-hole public golf course established in 1996. It is a par 66 layout with gently rolling fairways, 3 sets of tees, full Practice Facility and a 9 hole Pitch’n Putt. The beautiful clubhouse is comprised of a full Pro Shop as well as a large seating area. This Golf Centre is also home to The Golf School which is a 1600 square foot indoor facility that encompasses many of today's best teaching tools. The Golf School is owned and operated by long time Teaching Professional Tom Farlow.

Last Day of Operation: October 24th 

40 years in the golf industry, 25 years of Woodstock Meadows, 33 years of marriage and 2 kids later, this will officially be our last day of operation. 

We have been overwhelmed with the amount of love and support we have received from our golfers in the last little while, we truly appreciate all of the kind words. This is a bitter sweet moment for our entire family and our staff who have all poured their heart and souls into making Woodstock Meadows what it is today.

We hope you are able to get out in the next four weeks, reminder that we take tee times 8 days ahead online ( or 7 days ahead on the phone.

If you are looking for a place to golf next year, we would like to direct you to Tillsonview Fairways Tillsonview Fairways located in Tillsonburg, Ontario! This beautiful 18-hole executive style has a total yardage of 3,797 along with a 325 yd. driving range with grass tees and a practice area including two putting greens and a chipping area. You may even notice some family resemblance.

*If you are a single or a group of two and do not see a tee time available online, please call 519-537-2283. Note singles and groups of two’s will be matched up to make groups of four.*

Coming for your tee time:
  • Wait for your entire group in parking lot to arrive.
  • Bring your golf clubs with you when coming to line up at the clubhouse.
  • Golf Carts are not permitted in the parking lot before your round.

Customer COVID-19 Policy UPDATED AUGUST 2021
  • Tee Times are required, no walk ins. You can book your tee time by phoning the golf course (7 days ahead) at 519-537-2283 or going to (8 days ahead). Tee times will be spaced out. Please note that when you are booking online as a single or in a group of two it will automatically match you up.
  • Do not arrive more than 20 minutes before your tee time.
  • Clubhouse is OPEN for shopping. Please wait in line to enter clubhouse for shopping as we are limited to number of people inside. Please sanitize your hands before entering.
  • Wait at your vehicle until your entire group has arrived.
  • Bring your golf clubs with you. We are not allowing golf carts in the parking lot before your round. If you are physically unable to carry your golf clubs, please let us know and we will make accommodations.
  • Wait in the line up with your entire group, our greeter will let you know what to do from here.
  • We are allowing a maximum of one group in at a time.

  • When ordering off of the beverage cart, we ask that you stay in your cart or if walking remain at your golf bag to place your order. Our staff will let you know when it is safe to approach. It will be debit/credit only on the beverage cart.
  • Please refrain from shaking hands before or after the round, instead we encourage taps with clubs. 
  • You ARE allowed to remove the flagpoles.
  • We have a garbage bin, an alcoholic empty bin and a plastic bottle bin located at the cart shed AND between #7 tee and #13 green for you to dispose of your items.
  • Rakes have been added to the sand traps.
  • Maximum 2 golf carts per group. If golfing with someone not of the same household or social circle, a golf cart with a divider can be provided. 
  • When you are finished your round and done using a power cart, please return it to the cart shed so it can be properly sanitized.
  • Pull carts can be left at the clubhouse where our greeter will sanitize it properly.
  • Must be 21 or over to drive power carts.
We ask that you please take advantage of our hand sanitizing station located at the main entrance before and after exiting.
Remember physical distancing protocols, please always stay 6 feet apart from everyone.
If you are feeling sick or have recently traveled, please do not come to the golf course.
If you have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, please DO NOT COME to the golf course.
Remember that we are a licensed established and it is illegal to bring personal alcohol onto the premises. This will be strictly enforced.


Driving Range & Pitch n Putt
  • When you arrive at the golf course, please wait in the line located at the clubhouse entrance. We are limiting the number of people inside at a time.
  • Once your token has been purchased, it is business as usual. Head to the machine to grab your golf balls and pick your spot on the range. Please note that at this time we are unable to sell you multiple tokens at a time, as our stock of tokens is limited.
  • Maximum 6 people on the putting green at a time.
  • We ask that you please return your empty baskets to the designated area by the machine.

Dress Code: 
  • Golf shorts are permitted 
  • Golf skirts are permitted 
  • Golf shirts with collars are preferred. Mock necks or clean t shirts are acceptable. Ladies’ sleeveless golf shirts are permitted, however tank tops are not.
  • Ripped denim is not permitted
  • Shoes: soft spikes or soft soled shoes permitted.

Marijuana Prohibited:
Due to the legalization of marijuana on October 17th, 2018; Woodstock Meadows, as a private business, has decided to prohibit the use of recreational marijuana on the property.
